As the ORG Director at HTM, your foremost responsibility is to engage businesses with our Trail Guide | Walk and Talk is a vital tool that empowers organizations to reach their highest potential. key responsibilities

To identify and prospect new business trails, creating opportunities to introduce TG/WT to various organizations. Utilize your networking skills to discover new territories and lead explorations.

Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of TG/WT, showing potential clients how it can serve as a guidepost for organizational development.
03.
Provide ongoing support and insights to existing clients, ensuring that they continue to benefit from the TG/WT and are satisfied with the progress of their journey.
04.
Build relationships with existing clients that will lead to long-term relationships and the opportunity for HTM to provide additional resources to help organizations experience great culture and continued success.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of speaking and demonstrating with confidence and clarity.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

A passion for personal and professional development.

Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team.

Adept at navigating through negotiations and closing deals effectively.

Ability to connect with a diverse clientele and adapt presentations.

A proven track record in B2B sales and experience in corporate training, HR solutions, or a related field is a plus.
